Melbourne School of Engineering

Melbourne School of Engineering (MSE) at the University of Melbourne is a leading provider of engineering and IT education and research in Australia.

The MSE marketing communications team works to engage and nurture B2C (undergraduate and graduate students) and B2B (industry and government professionals) audiences. In order to increase the volume, frequency and effectiveness of its email marketing communications to these audiences, MSE engaged Content Empire to devise a comprehensive eDM strategy and roadmap. Falling out of this work was the creation of an audience-focused series of eDM journey maps, and the creation of all associated journey content.

Content Empire developed a full strategy for eDMs in welcoming, nurturing and acquiring target audiences. Our eDM specialist worked hand in hand with the MSE team to build, test, schedule and deploy eDM communications, while our content team researched and devised meaningful eDM journey maps before authoring all the required content for their launch.
